2025 IHCA Virtual Convention | Available September 30 - December 31
Whether you attended our Convention & Expo in September and just couldn’t get to all of the session you wanted to see or you weren’t able to make it in-person but you still want to participate, we have an option for you!
Our Virtual Convention offers you the ability to participate in nearly all of the breakout sessions from Convention, at a time and place that is convenient for you! And, with multiple registration options available, you can register one person for access to all sessions, a group of up to 20 individuals for all access, or if you just need a couple of credits you can register a la carte for the individual courses you want to take.

IHCA Illinois Leaders Program – January – September 2026
IHCA’s Illinois Leaders Program works to develop leaders within the Association and Illinois’ long term care profession. This exclusive IHCA-member program takes a group of long term care professionals selected for their demonstrated leadership skills, support of the Association and an interest in improving their personal and professional leadership skills through a carefully crafted curriculum to help them become better, stronger leaders. The class of 2026 will kick off in January and culminate with a graduation at the Annual IHCA Convention & Expo.
There is no cost to participate in the IHCA Illinois Leaders program. Participants in the Illinois Leaders program will receive reading materials at the initial class meeting and are expected to participate in all meetings in person.
